Potentially eligible circumstances
A request may be considered for duplicate payment, failure to receive the purchased license, or software that is materially non-functioning on confirmed supported systems after reasonable troubleshooting. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available where applicable.
How to request
Use the genuine support contact shown on the Contact page and include the provider order reference, purchase date, problem description, and troubleshooting already attempted. Do not send payment-card credentials.
Provider channels
Future international purchases are expected to use Lemon Squeezy and refunds would be processed through the applicable provider channel. Future domestic Mongolia purchases may use QPay and a corresponding receipt/cancellation process. Neither payment or refund flow is currently active.
Assessment and exclusions
Requests will be assessed against the policy version presented at purchase, provider status, technical evidence, and mandatory law. Exclusions may apply only where legally permissible, such as abuse or issues outside published system requirements; no absolute no-refund rule applies.
