Operator and product

TradeChrono is the trading and product name of the operator identified below. The seller/operator and contact details are provided in the shared operator disclosure.

TradeChrono is Windows desktop software for historical Forex market replay, manual strategy backtesting, simulated trading, and performance analysis. It is not a broker, investment adviser, signal provider, currency exchange, managed-account service, copy-trading service, or prop firm.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must use the website and software lawfully and be able to enter the applicable agreement. You may use TradeChrono only for historical simulation, learning, research, and your own strategy-testing workflow.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, distribute unauthorized copies, bypass future licensing controls, or use TradeChrono to misrepresent simulated results as live audited performance.

Purchase and license relationship

Planned paid software licence: a one-time purchase, not a subscription; a perpetual licence for the entitled version scope, including TradeChrono v1.x updates, for 1 user on up to 2 active personal devices.

After successful online licence verification, a paid licence may operate offline for up to 30 days before another successful entitlement verification is required. This is not the Demo duration or a subscription period. The licence is not deleted when the 30 days ends. Production licensing is not live yet.

Future device management will let a user deactivate or remove an existing device and activate a replacement within the 2-device allowance. No customer device-management portal is live yet.

A future purchase grants use under the EULA, not copyright, source code or ownership.

Paid checkout is not active. If enabled later, price, currency, one-time purchase terms, provider terms, and any applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout.

Refunds and risk

Refund eligibility and process are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes remedies that mandatory consumer law requires.

Historical or simulated results do not guarantee future results. Read the Risk Disclosure before relying on any backtest output.

Intellectual property and availability

TradeChrono software, branding, documentation, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Availability, supported systems, features, and updates may change as the product develops.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or trading outcomes. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Termination, changes, and contact

Access may be restricted for material misuse or violation of a future license, subject to applicable law. Updated terms will receive a new version, effective date, and last-updated date; material changes may require renewed acceptance.
